Inter host Rudi Garcia’s Lille on Wednesday evening hoping to do the double over their Group B counterparts. Giampaolo Pazzini’s goal was the difference when the two sides met on match day 3 and Claudio Ranieri’s men will be hoping to take full advantage of playing in front of their own fans.
Match Odds
It’s top versus bottom in Group B and so understandably Inter go into this one as favourites, with the majority of bookmakers having them odds on to win.
27/25 with Betfair is about as good as you’re going to get on I Nerazzurri, with Betfred offering 19/20.
Lille have drawn two of the three games they have played in this year’s competition including a solid 1-1 in Turkey against Trabzonspor. A £10 punt at 27/11 with UniBet would see a nice little return of £34.50.

The French side are seemingly specialists at being level having drawn seven games already this season, including five in a row in September.
However don’t rule out an upset in this one as even though Inter top their Champions League group they are 17th in Serie A and have only won two in their last six. Lille on the other hand have only lost twice this season and have won their last two matches 3-1.
Generous odds of 16/5 from Betfred may just be worth a sneaky couple of quid.
Prediction: Lille are due some luck in the competition and are in good form- a draw looks like an inviting option.
Goalscorers
With plenty of attacking talent on show there could well be a bit of value in the goalscoring markets. Inter’s striking pair of Diego Milito and Giampaolo Pazzini’s are joint favourites at 5s with bwin to open the scoring.
Better value looks to be Wesley Sneijder at 6s or Esteban Cambiasso at 12s.
Joe Cole said this week that one day Eden Hazard will be best player in the world and 5/2 for him to net at any time might just be worth a look. Cole himself has yet to score in the UCL but has bagged two in four starts in Ligue 1- Betfred will give you 10/1 for him to hit the first of the game and 11/4 at any time.
The best value though looks to be backing Moussa Sow to add to his six goals already this season and at 7/1 to opening proceedings, he looks very good value indeed.
Prediction: Lille have scored the first goal in two of their three European games this season and don’t be surprised if they do it again
Half time/Full Time
Even though the French side start strongly and may be worth a look at opening the scoring; they have also led in 2 of their 3 Champions league games so far only to be pegged back.
Therefore Lille half time Inter Milan full time at 28/1 is definitely worth considering. Placing the free £25 on offer when opening a new account with bwin would see a handsome return of £725.
